I grew up helping my dad take care of his rental properties: cleanouts, staging, yard work, and checkups. I learned landscaping working for my uncle, then trained as a detailer at Moto United and Marine United, keeping showroom machines spotless.
I started my own detailing business by knocking on doors. Keystone Home Watch grew out of that, starting with my uncle's second home here in St. George. He gives me his garage code and leaves for weeks at a time.

Why do I need this if I have cameras?
Cameras are great, but a camera can't see a slow leak under a sink, an AC that's starting to fail, or bugs moving in. It can't bring in a package or clean a dirt bike either. I'm the one who walks through.
My neighbor can check on it. What's the difference?
That works for some people. I check the same things every time, I look for what's easy to miss, like leaks and pests, and you get photos so you know it got done. And you never have to ask anyone for a favor.
How do I know I can trust you with my house?
Fair question. Start with a free walkthrough so you can meet me first. After that, you get photos every visit, so you never have to wonder what I did.
What happens if you find a problem?
I text you right away with photos, what I found, and what I'd do. If you need a plumber or anyone else, I can meet them at the house for you. I don't spend your money without your okay.
Do you watch the house 24/7?
No. I do scheduled, hands-on visits, not around-the-clock monitoring. If something comes up, text me and I'll get out there as soon as I can. Keystone plan clients get first priority.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel any time. Your card is charged on the 1st, and cancelling stops the next month.
